Virtual Class Management Experiences of Teachers

This study aims to investigate the virtual class management experiences of teachers. The research was designed by adopting a qualitative approach. maximum variation sampling method, one purposive methods, used while determining group research. In this context, interviews were conducted with 18 teachers working in different years seniority, branches, and school types. Semi-structured interview form as data collecting tool. Research analyzed using descriptive analysis method. As result research, it is seen that plan advance classrooms, they include preparation, technique, equipment determination activities prefer EBA, zoom, WhatsApp, Skype doing their lessons. To ensure communication interaction, participants included such asking questions students, informing them before lesson, monitoring participation opening microphone. Participants have things like more than student talking at same time, students not looking screen, each other, noise from environment during class, etc.
